The next multi-millionaire may be in Mississauga.

The winning ticket for the Wednesday, March 1 LOTTO 6/49 Classic Draw jackpot worth $5 million was sold in Mississauga, the OLG said in a press release today (March 2).

There were also several other prizes won across the province in last night’s draw.

One LOTTO 6/49 Gold Ball Draw ticket worth $1 million was sold in Etobicoke.

Two Encore tickets each worth $100,000 were sold in Toronto and Bruce County.

The Classic Draw offers a fixed $5 million jackpot for every draw, while the Gold Ball Draw guarantees a $1 million prize, or the growing jackpot that starts at $10 million and can exceed $60 million.

Lottery players are encouraged to check their tickets.
