Massive 11 Vehicle Collision Halts Traffic in Mississauga

Peel Police officers are on scene for a multi vehicle collision this morning.
Around 6:45am police got a call for a collision involving 11 vehicles at Mississauga Road and Highway 401 area in Mississauga.
There is only one southbound lane on Mississauga Road that is currently open.
Police officers are reporting that the roads are very icy and salt truck are on route.
It’s currently unknown if there are any injuries.
Residents should avoid the area for now.
