Maple Fest returns in style to downtown Bowmanville

There’s nothing more Canadian than freshly harvested Maple Syrup and if maple is your thing historic downtown Bowmanville is the place you need to be tomorrow for Maplefest.

This highly anticipated festival celebrates the start of spring in Durham Region and showcases local syrup producers who offer up the best of the region. And it’s not just maple syrup, that quintessential Canadian treat. Maple products abound at Maplefest and you can find delicacies such as maple donuts, cheese, candy, nuts, fudge, and much more on four city blocks of craft and food vendors.

Unfortunately, there will be no traditional pancake breakfast this year but there will be plenty of live music – All That Jazz runs concurrently with Maple Fest – and many kid-friendly activities for families.
