Hamilton Police confirmed Friday morning (Jan. 29) that the outstanding ‘dangerous’ suspect in a brutal slaying of a 42-year-old local man in December has been apprehended.

Angelo Miller, 29, was located and arrested in Niagara Falls on Thursday afternoon.

A warrant was issued for Miller’s arrest earlier this month in connection to the stabbing death of Hamilton father and grandfather, Michael White, in the area of Concession and East 27th streets in the early morning hours of Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020.

Miller’s father, Angelo Graci, 59, was apprehended and charged with first-degree murder by Hamilton Police last week in connection to the case but Miller remained at large.

Miller is also accused in a separate incident where he allegedly assaulted a woman with a weapon while holding her against her will in a ‘targeted attack’ that took place sometime around Dec. 12-13, 2020.

The arrest came about, police said, thanks to tips from the public and with the support of Niagara Regional Police.

Miller is scheduled to appear in court Friday to answer to a first-degree murder charge in the death of White.
