Man wanted for thefts of a kid’s bike from Oshawa Centre

Police are on the lookout for the man who stole a child’s bicycle from the Oshawa Centre.

The bike was locked up at the mall on 419 King Street West July 20. The man was caught on security cameras had he walked through the OC hallways.

He is described as white, with a medium build and tattoos on his left arm. He wore a blue baseball cap with three red stripes, a red scarf purplish-red pants sneakers, and a black shirt emblazoned with the Joker. He was also carrying a blue backpack.
