The Major Crime Unit has identified 26 year old Ibrahim Issak-Hussen as the suspect in this homicide. A warrent has been issued for his arrest.

“Issak-Hussen is from Hamilton and goes by the street name of ‘Seemo’,” police say. “He should be considered armed and dangerous.”

If seen, you’re asked not to approach him and instead call police immediately.

Police say they’ve obtained information identifying both Issak-Hussen and the driver of a white, four-door sedan that was seen leaving the area.

The vehicle’s driver turned himself in at Central Police Station around 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 20. He was arrested for First Degree Murder and Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

“This individual participated in a lengthy interview and was released unconditionally at the conclusion,” police say.

Police are still looking to speak to the second passenger  in the white sedan, described as an Asian male wearing a dark winter coat with fur trim on the hood.

Anyone with information that can assist the investigation is asked to call 905-546-4921.
