Man trapped inside donation bin in Burlington

A male got an up-close look at what the inside of a donation bin looks like in Burlington on Monday afternoon, but when it came time to try and get out, he ended up needing the help of emergency crews.

The male became trapped inside the clothing donation bin and had to be rescued.

Both the Burlington Fire Department and Halton Regional Police responded to reports of a male trapped inside a clothing donation bin on Walkers Line in Burlington at approximately 1:40 p.m.

Burlington Fire managed to get the bin open and help the man exit safely.

Halton police confirmed there were no injuries.
