Man shot in Brampton, with indication there are multiple suspects

A man with a gunshot wound was located in Brampton late on Thursday night (Feb. 3).

The Peel Regional Police stated that they received a report at 10:39 p.m. that a man had been shot in the area of Queen Street and Rutherford Ford. The responding officers have located the gunshot victim, enabling the Peel Parademics to rush him to hospital for medical treatment.

The police do not yet have a suspect description, but said the “suspects fled the area,” which indicated a possibility that there is more than one suspect.
