Man dies in collision in Brampton

A man has died following a collision in Brampton.

Last night (Dec 6) at around 11:30 p.m., police reported that a vehicle collided with a pole near Heritage Road and Bovaird Drive.

Peel police say the driver has been pronounced dead and that the Major Collision Bureau will be taking over the investigation.

The roads were closed as part of an investigation but have now been reopened.

Police are asking witnesses contact Crime Stoppers if they have any information.
