Man dies after being shot in Brampton

A man who was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Brampton has died.
Peel Regional Police say the incident happened around 7:30 this morning near Mississauga Road and Sandalwood Parkway.
The victim was located and taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he later died.
Authorities have not provided further information on the victim, including his name, age and place of residence.
Additionally, police have not disclosed if the suspect and victim were known to each other and if it was a targeted incident.
