Man dead in a motorcycle and transport truck crash, major roads in Brampton closed

A man has died in an early morning motorcycle and transport truck crash in Brampton.
The motorcycle and transport collided just after 4 a.m. this morning (Sept. 25) at Airport Road and Clark Boulevard in Brampton, Peel Regional Police said on X (formerly Twitter).
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at scene, police said.
Airport Road was closed in both directions from Coventry Road to Clark Boulevard. And Clark Boulevard was closed in both directions at Airport Road.
The roads were expected to be closed for several hours for the investigation.
Police asked drivers to avoid the area.
