Man dead after being pulled into wood chipper in Oshawa

A man had died after he was pulled into a wood chipper in Oshawa this morning.

Emergency crews were on the work site March 16 after a crewman was pulled into a wood chipper around 8:45 a.m. while working on Waverly Street North.

Roads are closed around the incident scene down Waverly Street North from Adelaide Avenue to around Dundee Avenue.

The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate.
