Man arrested on charges related to more than 40 Break and Enters in Whitby and Ajax

Durham Police have charged a 52 year-old man with 44 break-and-enter offences in connection to locker break-ins in storage facilities in Whitby and Ajax.

Police allege the man broke into the lockers on multiple occasions, taking personal items between July to October.

Andreas Dobershutz, with no fixed address, is charged with nine counts of Break and Enter, 33 counts on Break and Enter with Intent and two Mischief charges.

He was released on an Undertaking.
