Man Arrested in Connection With Series of Thefts From Vehicles in Mississauga

A man is facing charges in connection with an alleged series of thefts targeting vehicles in a specific area of Mississauga.
Peel police report that on Dec. 2, officers received 10 reports of thefts from vehicles in the Queen Victoria Avenue area.
Police sau 22-year-old Mississauga man Trevor Ward has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of theft under $5,000.
He was released on a promise to appear with a court date of Jan. 19.
Police are reminding the people to keep their car doors locked and valuables out of sight.
