Male stabbed in Mississauga, taken to hospital

One person has been hospitalized and another is in police custody after a stabbing in Mississauga.

Early Saturday afternoon, a male was stabbed in the residential area of James Austin Drive and Acorn Place, near Hurontario at Hwy. 403.

The victim was taken to hospital in non-life-threatening condition.

Peel Regional Police say they have one person in custody and are still looking for one other suspect.

The culprit is described as a black male, 6’2, wearing a dark baseball cap, grey t-shirt, and black jacket.
