Male stabbed in Mississauga at a shopping centre, say police

Police in Mississauga have released a brief description of a man who is a suspect in a shopping-centre stabbing.
At 5:56 p.m. on Wednesday (Jan. 5), the Peel Regional Police received reports of a man stabbed within a shopping centre in the area of Burnhamthorpe Road West and Hurontario Street. The suspect was described as a white male who stands about five-foot-nine with a skinny build, and was clad in a blue hoodie and pajama pants.
The victim has been taken to a trauma centre with “serious injuries.” The police are continuing to search for the suspect.
