Six people have been taken into custody but no charges have been laid after a male was found dead at a home north of Toronto on Wednesday.
York Regional Police say officers were called to a residence in the area of Wellington Street East and Walton Drive in Aurora around 2:45 p.m., where a male victim was found suffering from “significant” injuries.
The male was pronounced dead at the scene, and police say six people have been taken into custody.
No charges had been laid by around 6:30 p.m., and investigators are expected to give an update later on Wednesday. Police haven’t disclosed any additional details about the victim or the suspects.
