Male charged in relation to indecent acts in Acton

The Halton Regional Police Service – 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau has arrested a male in relation to indecent acts performed in the Town of Acton.

Police say in September 2021 and January 2022, there were two alleged incidents of an indecent act in Acton at different locations.

According to police, the male approached an adult female in his vehicle and initiated a conversation in both incidents.

During the conversation, police say the male exposed his penis and began masturbating.

According to police, the male approached a 14-year-old female in the Town of Acton and offered her a ride in his vehicle, during a third incident.

As a result, 32-year-old Colby Bernard of Acton has been charged with indecent act (2 counts) and criminal harassment.

Bernard was released on an undertaking, according to police.

Investigators were able to link each of these occurrences and identified Bernard as the suspect.

The vehicle being used during these incidents is a black 2019 Buick Encore.
