Male arrested for indecent act offences in Oakville

Members of the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau have arrested a male for indecent act offences in Oakville.

Police say on September 1, 2021, the arrest was made for previously reported incidents of a male exposing himself to females in the area of the Morrison Creek trail system.

According to police, he has been charged with criminal harassment (9 counts), indecent act (7 counts) and exposure to person under age of sixteen years.

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Due to a court-ordered publication ban, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) cannot provide further information regarding this accused.
