Male Arrested After Shooting in Mississauga

Police have made an arrest following an overnight shooting in Mississauga.

Officers responded at 1:03 a.m. Thursday morning to reports of shots fired in the area of Atlantic Drive and Enterprise Road, north of Dixie at the 401.

A male suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and was involved in a collision, police say.

The suspect was arrested and a firearm was allegedly recovered.

No injuries have been reported.
