Major Road Closures After Pedestrian Hit and Collisions in Mississauga

In two separate incidences, there has been a pedestrian struck and a major vehicle collision in Mississauga.

• A pedestrian was struck shortly after 7:30am at Eglinton Ave West and Creditview Road. South bound lanes on Creditview are blocked so please avoid area.

  UPDATE: Two females have been transported to hospital. The injuries are inknown at this time

• There has been a major vehicle collision shortly after 7:30am at Mavis and Derry. Derry Road lanes are currently closed.
  
  UPDATE: Road way is now cleared and driver has been transported to hospital with minor injuries.

Please avoid these areas and drive safely as it is slippery out there
