Major road closed due to collision in Mississauga

First responders are attending to a collision in Mississauga this morning (Jan 28).
At around 7:30 a.m., first responders were called to the area of Derry Road and Bramalea Road in relation to a collision involving two vehicles.
Police say one female driver was transported to a trauma centre with serious injuries.
Only one lane on the southbound side of Bramalea is open and westbound of Derry Road is closed.
Police are asking drivers to find alternate routes.
