Major Oakville road to be closed for running of Mississauga Marathon

The running of the Mississauga Marathon this Sunday (May 1) will result in the morning closure of a major local road and a detour for Oakville Transit users.
Royal Windsor Drive will be closed temporarily at Southdown Road from 8 a.m. until completion of the Mississauga Marathon at approximately 12 noon.
Route 4 East on Oakville Transit will detour from Sheridan Garden Drive, across Winston Churchill Boulevard and continue east along Bromsgrove Road to Southdown Road, south on Southdown Road to Clarkson GO station.
Route 4 West will follow regular routing from Clarkson GO station.
