Major intersection closed due to active fire in Oakville

Residents should be aware of a road closure this evening.
Residents should be aware of a road closure this evening.
Police say they’re on scene assisting the Oakville fire department with an active fire in the area of Cornwall and Trafalgar Rd.
The intersection is completely closed in all directions for emergency vehicles.
Police are asking residents to use alternate routes (Kerr Street/Ford Drive) for north/south access until further notice.
