Major Hamilton road to be closed for construction work

Hamilton motorists should be aware of an upcoming road closure in the city this week.

James Street South will be temporarily closed northbound at Beckley Street due to sewer rehabilitation work.

The closure is expected to last from 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 20 until 7 a.m. on Friday, April 21.

During that time, drivers should avoid the area and take alternate routes.
