Major Brampton intersection closed after two-car crash

A major intersection in Brampton was closed after a car crash on Wednesday evening (Sept. 1).
Airport Road is currently closed at Triple Crown Drive after a two-car crash that required first-response work from Brampton Fire and Emergency Rescue firefighters. A silver sedan appeared be totalled.
Peel Regional Police said that two people were injured. The driver of one of the vehicles was transported to a trauma centre, and a passenger in the same car suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
