Luxurious condo with yoga room, outdoor theatre and boutique hotel under construction in Mississauga

A highly-anticipated condo that’s part of the ambitious Exchange District development will offer a range of amenities, including a yoga studio, pet spa, outdoor theatre, cafe, basketball half-court, a pool, meditation lounge and more.
It will also be home to a boutique hotel.
EXS, taking shape at 181 City Centre Drive in Mississauga’s downtown area, is part of the Exchange District Community, a Camrost Felcorp project that includes EX1, EX2 and EX3.
EXS is estimated to reach completion in 2024.
Once complete, EXS will stand at 31 storeys and offer 250 one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 555 to 888 square feet.
EX3, which will stand at 66 storeys and be open for occupancy in 2026, will be home to a $15 million penthouse unit spanning 10,000 square feet–the most expensive preconstruction unit ever sold in the city, according to Camrost.
EX1 and EX2 began selling in 2019.

As far as prices go, units range from $849,400 to closer to $1.3 million. Prospective buyers can choose from a range of suites named after famous cities such as Oslo, Dublin, Bordeaux, Honolulu, Dubrovnik, Amalfi and Lyon.
Other amenities include garden stations, a cold storage room, a dry sauna, various lounges, a gym, an outdoor fitness area, a rooftop terrace, a hot tub, a co-working space, a party room, a sun deck, a catering kitchen and more.
Once complete, the entire development will also boast more than two million square feet of retail, shopping, dining, office and commercial spaces, new lush public parks and other open spaces, according to Camrost.
Southlands at the Exchange District has also been introduced. The pre-construction project, which will be located at 3672 Kariya Drive, will feature 2,720 units. Information on pricing and amenities is not yet available.
The entire development will also feature significant energy efficiencies. The 66-storey EX3 tower, the rental tower and the hotel will be run by off-grid energy.
