Toronto’s Luminato Festival is bringing an exhibition of arts and ideas to Brampton this summer.

Luminato welcomes the world to Toronto each June for a celebration of Canadian and international artists and bold contemporary works of art.

For the first time ever, the festival will venture outside of Toronto this year with two special installations in Brampton, giving residents and visitors the chance to experience the event as well as Brampton’s arts scene.

Luminato chief executive officer Celia Smith said the festival will “reignite the much-needed joy and inspiration that we all missed over the past few years.”

“Luminato 2022 will be an enthusiastic reminder to audiences across the region of the power of art to connect us through shared stories and experiences,” Smith said in a release.

All in Good Time invites you into a guided ceremony of love, gratitude and release.

For over two years, life has been happening with little or no ceremony as the COVID-19 pandemic hindered our ability to gather, celebrate and mark passages of time.

Designed for individuals and groups of all abilities, this nourishing activation uses audio and visual prompts to reconnect us, attune our hearts and awaken physical rhythms felt within the relationships between body, land, water and others.
