Longboarder found bleeding, unconscious and snoring after serious fall in Hamilton

Just after 1:30 this morning, a 24-year-old man was found with blood pooled around his face. He was unconscious, snoring and bleeding from his nose.

Police had arrived at Gage Park today (June 19) after receiving reports that a man had fallen off his longboard and struck his head on the ground, the force’s spokesperson Indy Bharaj told inthehammer.com.

A longboard is a larger skateboard used for travelling and doing tricks.

The man was with two other guys when he had fallen, said Bharaj. They were on the paved path west of the greenhouse and northwest of the parking lot off Lawrence Road.

Paramedics were called to treat the man. He was taken to hospital where he remains in critical condition, Bharaj added.
