Loaded gun and drugs seized in traffic stop on Hwy. 403 in Mississauga

An early morning traffic stop in Mississauga led to multiple charges.
The incident started when police stopped a vehicle for speeding on Highway 403 at Eglinton Avenue in Mississauga around 3 a.m. today (Sept. 7), OPP said.
Police suspect alcohol was involved and say the driver provided a false identity.
The OPP seized a loaded gun, ammunition and drugs.
The male driver and passenger face weapons and drug charges, police said. They were held for bail.
