A Lincoln man from the Vineland area “couldn’t believe” his luck after finding out he’d won $130,270.40 as a second prize in the October 26 LOTTO 6/49 draw.

Richard Willis, a retiree and father, says he usually plays the lottery once a week.

“I was very surprised when I discovered this win. I found out while at the store and I couldn’t believe it,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.

Richard told his wife the good news right away. “She was excited,” he smiled.

Aside from that, the winner says he hasn’t given much thought on what to do with his winnings yet and will discuss it with his family.

The winning ticket was purchased at Foodland on King Street in Vineland.
