While the town’s current website is still up and functional, Lincoln is test-driving their Town Website 2.0 and needs community input on it.

The new site, http://beta.lincoln.ca, is now up and running so that community members, local businesses and visitors alike can participate in a brief survey to share thoughts on the new website.

“We see our website as a digital gateway to Lincoln and a first point of contact for most. It demonstrates who we are and what sets us apart from other communities not only within Niagara, but across the province,” said Lincoln Mayor Sandra Easton.

“Community feedback is important to us and shapes all that we do in our service to the community, so we encourage everyone to peruse our new site and share their honest and purposeful feedback.”

The new site expands Lincoln’s online offerings and services to be more engaging and most importantly, is user-friendly for the tech-challenged.

The biggest plus, however, is the new site will adapt to integration of forthcoming technologies “to further enhance the user experience and online offerings.”

Lincoln is seeking feedback on the beta site through a survey at Speak Up Lincoln, the Town’s public engagement site.

At the moment, Lincoln is simply launching the beta with the town’s current website, Lincoln.ca, totally migrating to the new, redesigned site in January 2023.
