Life-threatening injuries reported after pedestrian struck by vehicle in Mississauga

A collision has left one person with serious injuries this evening.
Police say a call came in at 9:45 p.m. for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at The Collegeway and Winston Churchill Boulevard.
The female victim has been transported to a trauma centre in life-threatening condition.
According to police, the vehicle remained at the scene.
Residents are asked to avoid the intersection for now and take alternate routes.
