Those looking for a new place to study may now book a library study room in Mississauga using an online portal meant to facilitate the process and secure a spot in advance.

Most library locations in Mississauga have group and individual study rooms which are intended for non-commercial use up to one week in advance for up to two hours.

Rooms can be booked by individuals or groups in need of a place to gather and study.

Room availability and capacity vary by location and while they can be booked in person or by calling a local branch, they can now also be booked online through ActiveMississauga.

Individual study carrels are available at select locations on a first-come first served basis.

Commercial and community groups can also rent a meeting room, classroom or auditorium at several library locations. To find out which meeting rooms are available at local libraries, residents may call (905) 615-4100 and select option 2.
