Least expensive homes sold for under $620K in Mississauga in March

The least expensive homes sold in Mississauga all went for under $620,000 in March.

The real estate market is showing signs of picking up with experts predicting a rise in prices this spring across the GTA.

The least expensive homes are all condos and most sold for over or close to the asking price last month, according to a list compiled by real estate brokerage Zoocasa.

Here is a list of the least expensive homes sold in Mississauga in March:

3907-50 Absolute Ave.

Located in the iconic Marylin Monroe towers, this one-bedroom condo is newly renovated and is located on the 39th floor. The bedroom window has floor-to-ceiling windows. This unit also includes an underground parking spot and locker.

This condo sold for $480,000 on March 14, over the $459,000 list price.

205-810 Scollard Court

Located in the East Credit area, this one-bedroom unit has a den. It comes with an open-concept living and kitchen area. There are new laminated floors throughout. This place, in a retirement community, also has a fitness and wellness centre with a swimming pool and a billiards and bowling lounge.

This condo sold for $510,000 on March 21, over the $499,900 asking price.

1911-223 Webb Dr.

This one-bedroom unit comes with two washrooms and a den. The bright interior boasts nine-foot ceilings. It has a spacious balcony with views of Celebration Square.

This home sold for $565,000 on March 9, over the asking price of $499,999.

2819-8 Nahani Way

This one-bedroom condo unit also has a den in 598 square feet of space. It comes with two washrooms. There are unobstructed city and lake views from the balcony plus the building has an outdoor pool with a sun deck.

This place sold for $585,000 on March 22, just under the $595,000 list price.

2011-265 Enfield Place

This two-bedroom condo, located in City Centre is the most expensive on this list. At over 900 square feet, it is also the largest. It comes with two updated bathrooms, parking and a large locker. It is located across from Square One and steps from Celebration Square.

This place sold for $615,000 on March 21, under the $639,000 list price.
