Least expensive home sold last month in Brampton went for less than $600,000

While detached homes are the most desired property type in Brampton, getting into the real estate market with a “starter home” like a condo, townhouse or apartment is usually a more financially friendly option for first-time buyers.
And with a recent report showing the price of a starter home in Brampton costs more than $530,000, Insauga.com has put together a round-up of the most affordable homes sold in Brampton last month with data from real estate website Zoocasa.
Here are the five most affordable homes sold in Brampton in October:
255 – 250 Sunny Meadows Boulevard – $725,000
This end-unit, three-bedroom townhouse has new laminate flooring on the main floor and Berber carpet on the second storey. The master bedroom features a walk-out terrace and a four-piece ensuite, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances.

This one-bedroom home was crafted by Mosaik Homes unit and comes with parking for one vehicle and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and laundry room.
