The least expensive home sold for under $350,000 last month in Mississauga.
Home prices have been down across the Greater Toronto Area, and Mississauga saw the average price across all property types decline to $963,747 in February compared to $1,039,951 in February 2025.
The condo market is particularly weak, with the average price down to $514,936 compared to $581,431 in February 2025.
In February, multiple condo units in Mississauga sold for under $400,000. And March is looking similar.
Last month, the least expensive homes sold in Mississauga all went for under $400,000, real estate brokerage and platform Zoocasa found.

This one-bedroom plus den condo near Square One Shopping Centre is on a high floor with great views. Features include modern flooring, a contemporary kitchen, a large balcony and an underground parking spot. Amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness centre, barbecue area, games room, children’s play area and party room.
This place was sold as a power of sale for $395,000, under the $429,000 list price.

This M City, one-bedroom condo unit near Square One Shopping Centre boasts unobstructed views of the city skyline, Lake Ontario and the Toronto horizon. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceilings, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops, an approximately 100-square-foot balcony, a deep soaking tub and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. This place sold for the list price of $349,900.
