The least expensive homes sold in Mississauga in June all went for under $350,000.
Home prices, while still unaffordable for many people, are down compared to a year ago.
In June, the average selling price in the Greater Toronto Area was $1,058,658, down 3.9 per cent from June 2025, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
In Mississauga, condo units were selling for much less, according to a report from real estate website Zoocasa. The least expensive home sold for under $290,000.

This place sold for $360,000, over the $349,900 list price.

This home sold for $305,000, under the $319,900 list price.
