Least expensive home sold for under $290K in Mississauga

The least expensive homes sold in Mississauga in June all went for under $350,000.

Home prices, while still unaffordable for many people, are down compared to a year ago.

In June, the average selling price in the Greater Toronto Area was $1,058,658, down 3.9 per cent from June 2025, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.

In Mississauga, condo units were selling for much less, according to a report from real estate website Zoocasa. The least expensive home sold for under $290,000.

Here is Zoocasa’s list of the five least-expensive homes sold in Mississauga in June:

Located in the Hurontario neighbourhood, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo unit offers nearly 900 square feet of living space. Features include an open-concept living and dining area and one underground parking space.

Building amenities include security, an indoor pool, a gym, a party room and a games room.

This place sold for $337,100, under the $359,900 list price.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo unit comes with a den. Located near Cooksville GO Station, the unit features laminate flooring and city views.

This place sold for $360,000, over the $349,900 list price.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom is located in Cooksville. Features include a new shower, new flooring and fresh paint. Building amenities include an indoor pool, gym, 24-hour security, a party room and a guest suite.

This home sold for $305,000, under the $319,900 list price.

This place sold for $330,000, over the $299,900 list price.

The least expensive home on this list is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo unit near Dixie Road and Dundas Street. Features include updated wide-plank laminate flooring, a custom-designed bathroom and a balcony.

This place sold for $286,000, under the $299,000 list price.
