A Latino Festival is coming to the Town of Oakville this weekend.

The event will take place at Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park, located at 2340 Ontario St., this Saturday and Sunday (Aug. 6-7) from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The family-friendly festival will feature performers, artisans, food vendors and exhibitors and will explore Latin American culture through art exhibitions, music and dance.

“We will seek to create a unique experience for the whole family from the gastronomic point of view, through dance, music and art exhibitions that allow us to explore all the richness of Latin American culture explained to any Canadian public as a sample of multiculturalism,” reads the event’s website.

Admission to the festival is free.
