Latin jazz pianist performing at Milton restaurant

A Latin jazz pianist is set to perform at a Milton restaurant that often features different musicians.
Laura Fernandez is an active pianist in the Toronto Latin Jazz scene who will be performing at the Marquee Steakhouse & Piano Lounge, located at 204 Main St. East on Sept. 30.
Fernandez, who was born in Madrid, Spain, and grew up in Calgary, Alberta, is a singer, songwriter, pianist and music producer.
She graduated from the Alberta College of Art with honours before moving to Toronto where she launched her music career. Additionally, she has completed piano studies at the Royal Conservatory of Music.
Her performance at the restaurant’s upstairs piano lounge will take from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
