As of Sunday morning, April 5, the province is up to 4,038 reported COVID-19 cases, up 408 from yesterday’s total of 3,630.

At this time, 1,449 cases are considered resolved.

119 deaths have been reported.

In Hamilton there are currently 155 confirmed positive cases. The city reports:

  • 15 (10%) of these cases were ever hospitalized for COVID-19
  • 3 (2%) deaths due to COVID-19
  • 14 (9%) of these cases are long-term care facility residents
  • 63 (41%) of these cases have been resolved

The province and city are continuing to update their numbers on a daily basis.
