Late night shooting in Mississauga injures two people

A party in an industrial area near Pearson Airport in Mississauga was broken up last night (July 31) after shots were fired, injuring two-people.
Peel Regional Police received multiple reports at approximately 11:45 p.m. of a shooting that had just occurred in an industrial area on Northwest Dr. near Airway Dr. in Malton.
Officers discovered two male victims with gunshot wounds upon arrival at the scene.
Peel Regional Paramedic Services transported one victim to Sunnybrook hospital with a reported gunshot wound to the abdomen.
The second victim was independently dropped off at hospital.
Police say both men remain in hospital in stable condition at this time.
