Time is running out to apply for a stall at this year’s Brampton Farmers’ Market as the City is looking for new vendors for the 2023 season.

The 2023 Brampton Farmers’ Market will run every Saturday from June 10 until Oct. 7 in Gage Park and there are still some spots open for new vendors.

The City says stalls for new vendors are limited and all applications must be in by Friday (March 17) at 4:00 p.m.

To qualify for consideration at the Brampton Farmers’ Market vendors must meet these guidelines:

  • Farmers growing producing fruits, vegetables, honey, maple syrup, eggs, meat and chicken, flowers and plants
  • Making prepared foods in a Public Health certified kitchen
  • Vendors who will be cooking on-site in accordance with Public Health standards
  • Vendors who can commit to attending all 18 market days

The City said preference will be given to farmers but is encouraging all vendors who meet the criteria to apply. Vendors selected to participate in the 2023 market season will be sent an application form next week.
