Lanes reopen after early afternoon crash in Burlington

An early Thursday afternoon collision led to the closure of several lanes for a short period on the westbound QEW and northbound Burloak Drive on-ramp.
Halton Region paramedics and local police and firefighters responded to the crash on the Hamilton-bound QEW close to Burloak Drive at 1 p.m.
The Ministry of Transportation reported that all lanes on the northbound Burloak Drive on-ramp and two lanes on the westbound QEW that were initially closed have now been opened.
The OPP is investigating the accident.
