Lane closures to affect busy street in east Hamilton on Wednesday

Motorists should expect minor delays on Barton Street East in east Hamilton on Wednesday (May 31) due to lane closures.

Barton Street East, between Adeline Avenue and Ivon Avenue,  westbound (north side curb lane) will be closed to traffic for six hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The city didn’t specify the type of work that will be done in the area. It said work is weather dependent.
