Just three schools in Ajax, one in Clarington with route cancellations

School bus companies look to finally have a handle on their ongoing driver shortage problems as they come out of March Break with just nine route cancellations today (March 22), affecting three schools in Ajax and one in Clarington.

There are three routes cancelled for Lydia Trull Public School in Bowmanville, as well as morning and afternoon runs at Ajax High School and Bolton Falby and St. Bernadette elementary schools in Ajax.

There were often more than 50 route cancellations prior to the school break.
