June 8 Weather: Clouds roll in later in day, bring on evening showers in southern Ontario

Saturday (June 8) will be a mixed day weatherwise before the clouds and rain roll in for the evening in Mississauga and across Southern Ontario.

The day will kick off with a mix of sun and clouds, but that will all change as we move into the afternoon, according to the latest weather forecast by Environment Canada.

It will become cloudy in the afternoon with the wind becoming west at 30 km/hr. A high of 23 degrees Celsius is on tap with a Humidex of 25. The UV index will be 8 or very high.

The clouds will continue build through the evening and a few showers will arrive before ending in the morning. Wind will be west at 30 km/hr and become light as we move through the evening.

The overnight low will be 11.

Sunrise will remain the same at 5:38 a.m., while we will gain an extra minute of sunlight with the sun to set at 8:58 p.m.
