Saturday could bring showers and thunderstorms to the Greater Toronto Area and across southern Ontario.
Environment Canada says the morning will be mainly cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of showers and a risk of thunderstorms in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, Oshawa and the Niagara Falls area.
Wind gusts could hit up to 50 km/h to 60 km/h in the afternoon in the GTA. The daytime high will be around 28 C in Mississauga, but will feel more like 33 C due to the humidity.
Saturday night will be partly cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of showers in Mississauga in the early evening. Wind gusts could hit up to 50 km/h with an overnight low of around 15 C.
Conditions are expected to improve on Sunday, with sunny skies, a high of 26 C during the day and a low of 13 C overnight. Monday will also be sunny with a high of 25C and a low of 12 C.
