Saturday’s forecast calls for showers in the Greater Toronto Area and a high that feels hotter than 25 C across southern Ontario.
Environment Canada says the morning will start sunny before changing to a mix of sun and clouds with a 30 per cent to 40 per cent chance of showers in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton and the Niagara Falls area.
Oshawa, Pickering and Durham Region should see mainly sunny skies through the day.
The daytime high will be around 24 C in Mississauga, but could feel more like 26 C due to the humidity. The UV index will be a 7 or “high,” the weather agency says.
Saturday night is expected to be cloudy in the GTA with a 30 per cent chance of showers in Toronto and Mississauga. A northwest wind will be blowing around 20 km/h before dying down around midnight. The overnight low will be around 13 C.
Looking ahead to Sunday, conditions are expected to be sunny with a high of 24 C and a low of 13 C. Monday could bring periods of rain and a high of 20 to Mississauga, and a low of 13 C. Cloudy. Low 13.
