Job fair in Burlington will feature 12 employers

A job fair presented by Goodwill later this month in Burlington will feature 12 different employers who are looking for workers.

Set for Thursday, Sept. 28. the job fair looks to bring together the employers with potential workers to fill positions in such fields as food services, warehousing, banking, cleaning, clerical, landscaping, marketing, and personal support care, among others.

“The job fair is a great opportunity for job seekers to meet one-on-one with employers,’ said a spokesperson with Goodwill. “We know there are many who are looking for work and several business operators who have positions to fill. We are trying to bring these people together with the hope of successful outcomes.”

The job fair will take place at the Central Branch of the Burlington Public Library, 2331 New St., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
